Job summary

ColourPop is seeking a Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships, Collabs & Licensing to own the licensing strategy end-to-end and drive brand growth through strategic partnerships.

You will build a multi-year pipeline, lead negotiations, structure deals, and manage financial performance across collections, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing. You will spearhead licensing as a marketing and brand-building discipline, pursuing deals that boost brand equity and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in licensing, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the licensing and collaboration strategy with a 2–5 year pipeline.
• Develop and execute long-term licensing strategies aligned with brand equity and market trends.
• Conduct regular market analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with VP of Marketing to identify IP opportunities that drive new customer acquisition.
• Lead negotiations with licensing partners and draft licensing contracts.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams for risk management and financial structuring.
• Drive GTM strategy with marketing channel owners and ensure brand alignment.
