Job summary

SPORTFIVE in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Account Manager, Brand Solutions to drive hospitality programs and client partnerships. You will act as the day-to-day client contact, coordinating with agency partners and delivering VIP experiences across marquee global events.

The role emphasizes brand strategy, on-site activation, and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills to present compelling recommendations and maintain superb client service. Travel and remote elements are involved as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a hospitality/event management and/or sponsorship marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports and entertainment management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience with brand partnership marketing in hospitality/experiential space.
• Experience managing complex event logistics including transportation, hotel, food & beverage, guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of global hospitality programs with VIP event hospitality focus.
• Develop strategy and deliver new ideas to bring partnerships to life.
• Manage day-to-day partnerships in basketball, tennis and motorsports events.
• Liaise with clients daily to meet and exceed goals.
• Execute and manage on-site activations.
• Create and present PowerPoint proposals to sell strategy to clients.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to optimize asset use.
