Highwire is seeking a Senior Designer, Brand & Motion to join our Creative team. You will drive motion graphics, video, and animated content across high-volume campaigns while aligning with client brand systems.

Collaborate with strategy, design, and project teams to deliver awe-inspiring ideas and assets. You’ll guide design work across campaigns, decks, and digital collateral, mentoring juniors and ensuring top-tier craft under tight timelines, with a flexible hybrid work model in New York or

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates motion graphics, video, and animation work.
• Ability to design within brand systems and guidelines under high-volume timelines.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics, video assets for high-volume campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop design solutions for client projects across presentations, landing pages, and digital collateral.
• Present work to account teams and clients, explaining design decisions to non-design audiences.
• Mentor junior designers and the broader team; manage competing priorities and deadlines.
