QTS Realty Trust in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Senior Merchandise Specialist to lead branded merchandise programs, coordinate sourcing, and manage vendor relations. The role focuses on engaging employees, customers, and partners while ensuring consistent brand standards across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in branded merchandise, strong project coordination skills, and a solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating product orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, invoices, and expense tracking with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute branded merchandise programs supporting employee, customer, partner, recruiting, and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate sourcing, production, ordering, and distribution of promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with approved merchandise vendors, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.
• Assist in evaluating vendors based on product quality, pricing, reliability, customer service, and brand alignment.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee product replenishment for availability and cost efficiency.
• Manage order fulfillment processes, including shipment tracking and delivery coordination.
• Administer and support the online merchandise store, including product listings and inventory updates.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify merchandise needs and recommend solutions within budgets.
• Track project timelines and ensure requests are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate review and approval of product proofs for brand compliance.
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Maintain merchandise catalogs, ordering resources, and program documentation.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new products to enhance offerings.
• Prepare reports on merchandise utilization, inventory, spending, and vendor performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
