Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail leadership or store operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy and replenishment.
• Experience executing promotions, pricing changes, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and planogram sets.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide MOD coverage and lead floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, stock flow, and in-stock optimization.
• Manage workload planning, staffing alignment, and daily task prioritization.
• Oversee SISO routines and Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving processes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise presentation.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Support asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
