Job summary

Planet Home in Irving, TX seeks a Brand Manager to steward the Planet brand across the organization. You will collaborate with our creative team to develop assets reflecting standards, translate business needs into programs, and drive campaigns that extend reach in B2B and B2C channels.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record in brand management within financial services or real estate. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of brand management, marketing, or related experience with ownership of brand strategy.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage, banking, or real estate strongly preferred.
• Marketing Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the internal brand liaison and authority for Planet’s newly launched visual identity, reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure consistency and alignment with standards.
• Develops and implements comprehensive marketing programs that support business objectives and increase brand value.
• Develops and executes a content and social strategy for the master brand; ensures synchronicity across products and channels.
• Collaborates internally to identify gaps, provides support, and develops tools and templates to meet ongoing business development, sales, and marketing needs.
• Monitors industry news and identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors that inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborates with Marketing Analyst to measure campaign performance, brand equity and provide regular reporting and insights for optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
