Job summary

Phusion Projects, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager, Digital Strategy to lead the digital expression of the brand portfolio across consumer channels. You will translate brand vision into channel plans and build a social and content engine that drives trial in a competitive market.

You will directly manage the Social Media Manager / Content Developer and Community Manager, collaborating with marketing and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns and strong brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital marketing experience in CPG/beverage or regulated consumer category.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing employees in social media/content/community management.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital expression across consumer touchpoints including content and copy alignment.
• Own paid-media and communication strategy across social, traditional advertising, and CRM.
