Job summary

iFIT, a holistic health platform, seeks a Senior Brand Manager for NordicTrack B2B to own go-to-market strategy across commercial segments in the US. You will translate customer insights into assets, campaigns, and a scalable demand engine that drives pipeline and revenue growth.

The role partners with Sales and channels to ensure credible, compelling messaging and category expansion, with Pilates as near-term emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in brand or product marketing for physical products.
• Proven ability translating customer insight into creative strategy and assets.
• Experience briefing and directing creative for landing pages, campaign pages, and lead capture experiences.
• Working command of paid media and digital marketing strategy built for lead generation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer insight into commercial growth by building understanding of each segment and translating into campaigns and assets.
• Define which segments to serve and why the brand is credible there.
• Partner with the commercial P&L by providing demand plans, pricing, and packaging recommendations.
• Give the sales team insight, story, assets, and qualified demand to help close deals.
• Build the demand engine and channel support with campaigns and lead flow.
