Job summary

Sega is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to play a key creative role in growing the Sonic the Hedgehog brand and other franchises. You will develop branded consumer products and creative assets while collaborating with teams across Burbank, CA, Irvine, CA, England, and Japan.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, strong conceptual skills, and proficiency with Adobe software. This fast-paced role requires exemplary design taste and the ability to deliver creative assets efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in brand, consumer products, licensing, packaging, and graphic design.
• Strong conceptual design skills with experience in licensing products and design strategy.
• Exceptional design taste and understanding of current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for Sonic the Hedgehog brand and other related brands.
• Support Consumer Products Development teams to ensure design alignment.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the development of creative workflows.
