Job summary

Sega of America is seeking a Director of Consumer Products Licensing to manage their licensing business and oversee go-to-market strategies for Transmedia West. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consumer products licensing, with 5+ years in a management role.
• Proven experience managing P&L and conducting revenue forecasts.
• Expertise in negotiating and managing licensing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual revenue forecasts and oversee monthly reporting.
• Develop global consumer products strategy with the VP of Licensing.
• Lead negotiations with licensees to secure favorable agreements.
