Brand intelligence is a relatively new capability at Intapp — and this role sits at the center of building it. The Senior Brand Intelligence Manager will own how we measure, monitor, and interpret brand performance across markets and audiences, working closely with the Senior Director of Brand Intelligence to establish the research infrastructure, measurement frameworks, and analytical practices that help Marketing leaders make better decisions. Day to day, this role spans quantitative and qualitative research, media and social listening, competitive and category intelligence, and cross-functional insight delivery. You'll work with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations — translating complex data into clear findings that connect to real decisions. Given that this function is new, comfort with ambiguity and a builder mindset are as important as technical skills.
Design and execute brand health and perception research — including surveys, tracking studies, and ad-hoc analyses — and maintain the dashboards and reporting frameworks that keep Marketing leaders informed on how the brand is performing over time.
Run media and social listening programs using dedicated platforms, building measurement frameworks and surfacing insights on Intapp's presence, competitor activity, and category trends.
Tackle strategic research questions that don't always come with an obvious methodology. You'll identify the right approach, execute it end to end, and deliver findings in a form that connects directly to the decision at hand.
Triangulate primary research, secondary data, and internal data sources into integrated intelligence — going beyond synthesis to reach recommendations.
Partner with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations to ensure insights shape storytelling, strategy, and go-to-market decisions.
