Rise and Shine and Partners is seeking a Brand Integration Director in Minneapolis to lead senior client relationships and drive integrated brand growth. This role requires fluency across marketing disciplines, deep CPG experience, and the ability to steward complex accounts with a strong view on ROI.

You will guide strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor talent while upholding the agency's values and delivering measurable business impact for clients.

• 8–12+ years in an integrated advertising, marketing, creative, or in-house agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional teams.
• Proven success growing accounts and managing financial performance.
• Experience navigating modern retail, digital, and omnichannel ecosystems - particularly with CPG brands.
