Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience leading B2B or B2G marketing campaigns.
• Strong narrative and strategic writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative strategies to increase consumer awareness and engagement in government programs.
• Lead integrated communications across print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate with MAXIMUS Project Teams to deliver communication products and services.
• Support business development with clients and opportunities.
• Manage business development activities for target accounts/markets.
• Develop briefs and presentations for new opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of trends affecting health and human service markets.
• Project management and on-time delivery of campaigns.
• Oversee client delivery: scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Manage profit and loss for assigned accounts, markets or territories.
• Manage resources including staff, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
