You will represent innovation to leadership, manage a multi‑year plan, and drive faster learning with AI‑enabled tools. This is a high‑impact role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a technical discipline required.
• MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years in Marketing, Brand Management or Innovation within CPG.
• Experience leading a multi‑year pipeline and stage‑gate process.
• Strong consumer insight orientation and evidence‑driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Own the KIND innovation strategy and 18‑month to 3‑year pipeline.
• Manage stage‑gate/IBP processes and portfolio decisions.
• Develop business cases for launches including volume, margin and investment.
• Lead product design across formulation, pack, nutrition and claims.
• Oversee launches with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Develop and mentor Brand Manager and Senior Associate Brand Manager, fostering ownership.
