Job summary

Mars Incorporated’s Accelerato​r division, home to KIND, seeks a Sr. Brand Manager, Innovation to lead the brand’s long-range innovation strategy and portfolio.

You will own the pipeline, defend concepts with consumer insight, and partner with R&D, Finance, and Insights to deliver consumer-winning launches. You will mentor a Brand Manager and Senior Associate Brand Manager, building ownership and accelerating speed to market with founder-style ownership and rapid testing.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or technical field.
• MBA or related graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own KIND innovation strategy and 18–36 month pipeline end to end.
• Lead stage-gate and IBP steps with consumer evidence for portfolio decisions.
• Write product propositions and lead design across formulation, pack, and claims.
• Partner with R&D and Consumer Research to ensure consumer insight-driven launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partnerships to deliver launches.
