Job summary

Coinbase is a remote-first company that values intense in-person surges and pushing beyond limits. We seek a senior brand strategist to align brand and product and shape GTM, CX, and product experiences across the company.

You will partner with product marketing and partnerships to influence strategy upstream, ensuring the Coinbase brand guides all outputs. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with meaningful work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience setting brand and product strategy either internally at companies or at agencies.
• Experience in shaping go to market strategy across an organization.
• Experience in delivering a brand across an organization, not just inside the marketing org.
• Strong persuasive writing skills, comfortable in partnering with Insights to shape and design research and apply it to the problems you’re solving.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Bridge brand promises to customer experience across GTM, product, and CX.
• Author GTM strategies for product and partner initiatives, working closely with our Product Marketing and Partnership teams, and help shape the output from these briefs
• Work with product marketers and partnership marketers to drive strategy upstream into the products we deliver and the partnerships we build and our role within them
