Job summary

Stumptown Coffee Roasters, based at our Portland HQ, seeks a Senior Director, Head of Marketing to lead a cohesive, premium brand and marketing strategy across omni-channel channels. You’ll drive awareness, profitable sales growth, and customer acquisition while guiding campaigns, partnerships, ecommerce, and product innovation with a data-informed, creative approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of brand leadership experience in a multi-channel environment (CPG & Retail).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy across omni-channel business, driving awareness and profitable sales growth.
• Oversee E-Commerce, subscriptions, creative teams, and partnerships to support channel requirements.
• Manage full P&L for E-Commerce channels and lead budget planning and ROI analysis.
