Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Designer for Bellesa Boutique and Glow, who truly lives design—researches, gathers references, and brings a strong point of view to brand and digital work. You’ll help shape art direction, craft engaging emails, and bring our brand world to life across multiple media.

This hands-on role centers the creative team. Partner with the Head of Design to lead projects, mentor designers, and shape standards and culture, with craft, curiosity, and collaboration at the core.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design experience in a creative studio or similar environment.
• A portfolio showing bold, effective work across email, web, and brand for DTC or lifestyle brands.
• A portfolio showing strong typography design and elevated brand sensibility.
• High proficiency in Figma and working with complex components and systems.
• High proficiency across Adobe CC; motion design (After Effects or similar) is a big plus.
• Instinct for experimenting with new tools, techniques, and workflows to improve design.
• Curiosity for AI tinkering and image generation.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, low ego, curiosity, and teamwork.
• Craft-focused mindset—pixels, pacing, storytelling, details.
• Long-term mindset: want a home base and growth.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex brand and digital briefs into structured, actionable plans with the channel owner and Head of Design.
• Lead art direction on campaigns from concept to final delivery.
• Lead website design projects across UX and UI, from wireframes to handoff.
• Create bold, intuitive, brand-forward digital and print experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design libraries.
• Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams.
• Collaborate with developers for smooth handoff and production.
• Contribute to creative strategy, storytelling, and visual direction.
• Provide guidance to junior/mid-weight designers and freelancers.
