Darkroom is seeking a Senior Designer to own brand, performance, and product design. Lead creative projects from landing pages to paid ads while staying strategy-focused and results-driven.

You will partner with Retention Managers, Developers, and Designers to deliver polished work, present to clients, and drive workshops. This remote-first role reports to the Design Director and supports a growing roster of brands.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven design work experience (agency or design studio preferred).
• Digital portfolio demonstrating branding, visual design, and web design.
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Proven ability to lead client calls, workshops, and manage client relationships directly.
• Fluency in English in speaking, writing, and presenting to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Design digital assets for marketing initiatives including paid ads, emails, landing pages, and social content.
• Create design systems aligned with client brand guidelines across channels.
• Present designs on calls, lead workshops, and obtain approvals.
• Develop understanding of conversion factors across channels and apply best practices.
• Collaborate with team and clients to ensure high-quality craft and feedback alignment.
• Design landing pages in Figma following Darkroom guidelines and UI/UX standards.
• Work with project managers and developers on web design initiatives.
