Startup (in Stealth Mode) seeks a versatile, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to bring our visual world to life across digital, social, campaigns, and beyond. You will work closely with the Creative/Art Director to implement a polished design system and produce production-ready work under tight timelines.

This is a hands-on craft role in a stealth-brand where design quality is non-negotiable, requiring collaboration with Social, Influencer, and Digital teams to ensure consistency and impact

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments.
• Portfolio shows typography, layout, and systems thinking—not just pretty pictures.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Ability to work within and extend an established brand system while bringing ideas.
• Strong self-management: comfortable with ambiguity, fast timelines, minimal oversight in a startup.
• Sharp eye for premium design and pixel perfection.

Aufgaben

• Design across digital, social templates, content, email, web assets, paid media, and campaign materials, always within the brand system.
• Translate concepts, mood boards, and verbal direction from the Creative/Art Director into production-ready layouts.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and templates as the visual system matures from stealth through launch.
• Collaborate with Social and Influencer teams to produce fast-turnaround, on-brand assets.
• Support shoots with pre-production materials and post-production asset prep.
• Maintain typography, spacing, color, and finish at a premium level.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
