You will raise quality by creating resources and guiding teams, maintaining consistent visual identity as products expand, and defining behavior across emerging surfaces and AI outputs.

Collaboration with designers, marketers, and product partners is essential to root out systemic issues.

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience as a brand designer in agency or in-house.
• Systems thinking as a default mode and ability to see patterns.

• Own and evolve the core brand system: guidelines, components, templates, assets.
• Raise brand quality across pods by providing resources and guidance.
• Develop and maintain visual identity standards across Payward’s brands.
• Define and document brand behavior for emerging surfaces and AI outputs.
• Collaborate with pod designers, marketers, and product partners to fix root causes.
