Customer.io is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join Brand Studio. You will own brand design across product launches, campaigns, website, and live events, shaping how the brand speaks and looks.

The role centers on building scalable templates and AI-assisted workflows that empower teams to create on-brand work. As a senior designer, you’ll mentor colleagues, collaborate with engineers, product designers, and marketers, and drive craft with business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in brand or visual design, ideally in-house at a B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Portfolio showing brand systems, campaigns, product launches, and AI-assisted work.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong typography and layout with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Business acumen: tie design to company goals and executives.
• Ability to manage up and lead without authority; mentoring experience.
• Hands-on AI image/design tools experience and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Own brand design execution for product launches using AI-native workflows.
• Design website pages, templates, and components with Senior Web Engineer.
• Develop campaign assets for digital and OOH with AI-native workflows.
• Design branded materials for events, including signage and stage graphics.
• Build and maintain brand templates and libraries in Figma.
• Own our AI creative stack: tools, standards, and knowledge sharing.
• Enable teams through workshops, playbooks, and guardrails for AI work.
• Translate briefs from Product Marketing into concepts end-to-end.
• Partner with Product Design to align brand and product expression.
• Mentor designers and raise the design craft.
• Work with leadership on priorities and business case for creative investment.
