Job summary

BrightAI is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own and evolve the visual brand across decks, collateral, website, campaigns and events. You will show how field devices, data and models translate into real outcomes for enterprise buyers, collaborating with product marketing and growth teams.

You will drive typography, layout, and template-based design, leveraging AI tools and ensuring brand integrity across all outputs while maintaining high-quality artistic direction.

Qualifications

• Senior brand design or art direction experience with hands-on use of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy and layout across brand, presentation and digital work.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI creative tools with impact on speed or volume.
• Judgment to accept, rework or discard AI output; prompting alone is not the job.
• Design decisions grounded in audience and use, with clear explanations.
• Ability to translate technical ideas into clear visuals with collaboration with product marketing.
• Experience building reusable systems and templates for others.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve BrightAI's visual system, including typography, color, layout, iconography and brand standards.
• Design sales decks, presentations, one-pagers and collateral for technical and executive conversations.
• Design accessible, responsive websites and landing pages and QA implementations.
• Create ads, social and digital assets with growth, including testing variants.
• Build diagrams and visuals showing how BrightAI observes, predicts and acts in the field.
• Design customer-proof visuals and event materials.
• Maintain template and asset library for on-brand output and pre-shipment checks.
• Utilize AI tools for concept exploration, image generation/editing, and motion assets.
• Develop reusable AI workflows and templates, review outputs for brand fit and usage rights.
