Huckleberry Labs is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to define and evolve our visual identity across product, marketing, and experiences. You will own the brand system from concept to execution, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive experience.

You’ll work hands-on in Figma, guide campaigns and product visuals, and help shape a distinctive, scalable brand voice that resonates with families while growing with our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual design.
• Strong typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio across surfaces showing brand systems.
• Experience working with motion designers; motion design is a plus.
• Strong communication with designers and non-designers.
• Curiosity to stay current with design tools and develop an original visual POV.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proactive, self-directed work style in a small team.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create cohesive brand experiences across app, website, campaigns, and product.
• Maintain and expand a flexible brand system that scales with business needs.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to express visual identity across experiences and channels.
• Act as a champion for the brand with a distinctive point of view.
• Bring brand into the product experience, not just marketing.
• Brief and collaborate with external partners for high-quality work.
• Design through iteration and data to understand what resonates with families.
• Ensure consistency across channels and evolve the visual system.
• Provide thoughtful feedback across Marketing, Product, and Design teams.
