Job summary

Huckleberry Labs is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to define and evolve our visual identity across product, marketing, and campaigns. You will own the brand system, work with the Creative Director and partners in Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure a distinctive, usable brand language.

This hands-on role requires shaping the brand direction and delivering campaigns, illustrations, and experiences in Figma while mentoring and collaborating with teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of visual design experience.
• Strong typography, color, layout and visual hierarchy skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding and brand systems.
• Experience collaborating with motion designers; motion is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with design and non-designers.
• Curious about evolving design tools with original point of view.
• Ability to translate project needs and insights into design decisions.
• Able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-directed, independent on a small team.
• Thoughtful, collaborative, high-quality work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create cohesive brand experiences.
• Maintain and expand a flexible brand system that scales with the business.
• Define how visual identity is expressed across experiences and channels.
• Act as a champion for the brand with a consistent point of view.
• Bring the brand into the product experience, not just marketing.
• Brief and collaborate with external partners for high-quality work.
• Design through iteration and data to understand resonance with families.
• Ensure consistency across channels while expanding the visual system.
• Provide thoughtful feedback across Marketing, Product, and Design teams.
