Job summary

Huckleberry Labs is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to define and evolve our visual identity and bring it to life across business touchpoints. You will work closely with the Creative Director and teams across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to build a distinctive, flexible brand system used from our website to the App Store and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual design.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative focus across surfaces such as web, mobile product, digital campaigns, video, and print.
• Passion for branding demonstrated through a portfolio with strong brand systems.
• Experience working with motion designers; motion experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with designers and non-designers.
• Curiosity to stay current with evolving design tools and techniques.
• Track record translating project needs and constraints into thoughtful design decisions.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and thrive in a fast-growth environment.
• Proactive, self-directed work style and high-quality approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create a cohesive brand experience across app, website, campaigns, and product touchpoints.
• Maintain and expand a flexible brand system that scales with the business.
• Define how the visual identity is expressed across experiences and channels with the Creative Director.
• Champion the brand with a consistent point of view across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Design to integrate the brand into the product experience.
• Brief and collaborate with external partners for illustration, motion, video, and agencies.
• Design through iteration, audience insights, and performance data to resonate with families.
• Ensure consistency across channels while expanding the visual system capabilities.
• Provide thoughtful feedback across Marketing, Product, and Design teams.
