Job summary

Huckleberry Labs is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to define and evolve the company’s visual identity, bringing it to life across marketing, product, and engineering. You’ll work with the Creative Director and partners to build a scalable brand system that informs website, campaigns, App Store, paid media, lifecycle, and product experiences.

You’ll own hands-on brand work, shape the visual language, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Design to ensure consistency while pushing for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in visual design (brand-focused).
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative focus across web, mobile, digital campaigns, video, and print.
• Passion for branding with a portfolio across contexts, emphasizing brand systems.
• Experience collaborating with motion designers to integrate motion into brand systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with designers and non-designers.
• Curious about evolving design tools while maintaining a distinctive visual POV.
• Track record translating project needs and insights into design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create a cohesive brand experience across app, website, campaigns, and product touchpoints.
• Maintain and expand a flexible brand system that scales with business needs.
• Define how Huckleberry's visual identity is expressed across experiences and channels.
• Champion the brand with a consistent, distinctive point of view across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Design to bring brand into the product experience.
• Brief and collaborate with external partners for high-quality work in illustration, motion, video, and agencies.
• Design through iteration, audience insights, and performance data to see what resonates with families.
• Ensure consistency across channels while expanding the visual system's capabilities.
• Be an active participant in design, providing thoughtful feedback across teams.
