Job summary

Huckleberry Labs is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to define and evolve our visual identity across the business. You will work closely with the Creative Director and partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to build a distinctive, flexible brand system and bring it to life in website, campaigns, the App Store, and product experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual design, in-house or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative focus on visual design across web, mobile, digital campaigns, video, and print.
• Passion for branding with a track record across brand systems.
• Experience collaborating with motion designers to concept and build motion as part of a broader brand system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create a cohesive brand experience across apps, website, campaigns, and channels.
• Maintain and expand a flexible brand system that scales with the business.
• Define how the visual identity is expressed across experiences and channels with the Creative Director.
• Champion the brand with a consistent, distinctive point of view.
• Collaborate with Product Design to bring the brand into the product experience.
• Brief and collaborate with external partners for illustration, motion, video, and agency work.
• Design through iteration, insights, and performance data to resonate with families.
• Ensure consistency across channels and evolve the visual system.
