Job summary

Automate Medical is seeking a senior designer to own the visual identity across web, product, social, and pitch decks, with motion and 3D a plus.

You will lead design decisions with evidence-based methods, publish results, and communicate clearly with customers, clinicians, and regulators in a HIPAA-aware environment. This is a remote-first role with US-wide flexibility and quarterly on-sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level design experience.
• Evidence-led decision-making with published results.
• Comfort working in a HIPAA-aware environment; security as part of build.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, clinicians, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Own the Automate Medical visual identity across web, product, social, and pitch materials.
• Ship dashboards, models, and integrations for multiple healthcare audiences.
• Maintain a five-stage validation bar: definitions, held-out eval, subgroup analysis, review, monitoring.
• Collaborate directly with clinical, security, and engineering leads in a small, senior team.
