Rythm Health, Inc. seeks a senior designer to own the look and feel of our website, from homepage to campaigns.

You will craft brand-led web experiences with typography, layout, motion, and art direction, turning complex lab data into clear visuals. This hands-on role sits on a small, fast-moving team and you’ll work directly with Brand, Growth, Product, and Engineering to ship design that feels authentic and human.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand and web design at a well-known brand or design studio.
• Strong portfolio showing original, brand-led web work focusing on typography, layout, and graphic design.
• Ability to explain complex products or information clearly with style.
• Strong art direction instincts across imagery, illustration, and motion.
• Hands-on leader who also contributes the hands-on design work.
• Expert-level Figma skills; motion or prototyping is a plus.
• Clear point of view and ability to justify design decisions.
• Exceptional taste and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction of Rythm’s website, including homepage, product pages, launches, campaigns, and editorial content.
• Design web experiences that lead with brand, using original layouts, typography, motion, and art direction rather than templates.
• Make complex science easy to understand by turning lab results and biomarkers into visuals, diagrams, and flows.
• Art direct imagery and illustration, creating graphic systems that work without heavy photography.
• Extend and evolve the brand across digital and help shape the brand system as we grow.
• Move fast on everyday requests without compromising craft.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth, Product, and Engineering; ensure ships match the design.
