Turquoise Health is seeking a Brand Designer for a fully remote role within the United States. You will operate at the edge of creativity and speed, working within an established brand system to produce weekly outputs for customers, partners, and the market.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, design, and sales, pushing the brand to new formats while preserving its identity. We value grit, collaboration, and the ability to ship output that feels human, not AI.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a brand/visual/marketing designer or equivalent experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating craft and range.
• Fluency and speed in Figma; proficiency in Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign.

Aufgaben

• Design presentations, collateral, social and display assets, emails, webpages, and event materials.
• Work within brand guidelines and contribute to expanding the system without breaking it.
• Capture briefs quickly, ask clarifying questions, and push ideas to final design with human-centric detail.
