Job summary

Petual is hiring a senior Brand Designer to own the visual identity and craft the brand’s language. You will lead campaigns, design the website, and create compelling sales assets while shaping the company’s public face. You’ll collaborate with product design to ensure the product and brand read as one entity.

You’ll manage motion, video concepts and AI-assisted workflows to scale the brand as the team grows, with room to build and influence in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in brand or communication design, ideally in-house at a technology company.
• Experience shaping end-to-end identitys for a product or company.
• Proficiency across identity, layout and typography; capable to direct motion and video when needed.

Responsibilities

• Define logo usage, typography, color, grid, iconography and motion in guidelines and a shared library.
• Lead creative for product launches, announcements and paid campaigns from concept to final asset.
• Design the rebuild of the website and subsequent pages with the growth lead.
• Design booths, tables, print and signage for events and conferences.
• Create decks, one-pagers, customer stories and product visuals for sales.
• Art-direct product demos and brand films and set their visual concepts.
• Build templates and AI-assisted workflows to scale the brand as it grows.
• Maintain the quality bar for all visuals leaving the building.
