Petual is seeking a senior brand/design leader to shape and own the company’s visual identity. You’ll be the first designer on the marketing team, ensuring the brand reads as a single entity across identity, typography, layout, and motion.

You’ll steer product launches, campaigns and the website rebuild, collaborating with the growth lead and a product designer. Your background includes 5+ years in brand/communication design, with end-to-end identity experience, and the ability to direct

Formación

• Five or more years in brand or communication design, ideally in-house at a technology company.
• Experience shaping end-to-end identity for a product or company.
• Ability to direct illustration, motion and video, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to build scalable brand systems and enforce on-brand decisions.
• Experience presenting and defending work to leadership (CEO, sales teams).

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the identity system including logo usage, typography, color, grid, iconography, illustration, photography, and motion.
• Lead creative for product launches, announcements and paid campaigns from concept to final asset.
• Design the rebuild of the website and every page after it in collaboration with growth.
• Design booths, tabletop displays, print and signage for events and conferences.
• Create decks, one-pagers, customer stories and product visuals for sales teams.
• Art-direct product demos and brand films, shaping visual concepts.
• Build templates and AI-assisted workflows to scale the brand beyond the hours you have.
• Maintain the quality bar for all outputs leaving the building.
