Mortenson Construction is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to independently execute high-quality brand experiences aligned with enterprise standards and visual systems. You will support internal customers with strong execution and attention to detail across brand touchpoints.

You will apply brand standards across campaigns, contribute to complex projects, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and project teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs across environments.

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in brand experience and design within a complex organization.
• Strong brand judgment and ability to apply standards across touchpoints.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsabilidades

• Execute brand experience and creative work across campaigns and enterprise needs.
• Translate brand standards and visual systems into high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to high-visibility projects requiring strong brand judgment and execution.
• Apply enterprise brand standards across assigned work and ensure quality.
• Support environmental branding and onsite brand experiences across offices and events.
• Manage tasks across multiple projects and communicate timelines and needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and project teams.
