Brex is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join the Design team, shaping a category-defining brand and delivering world-class creative across marketing collateral, digital experiences, and campaigns. Based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle, this hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with flexible remote work.

You will partner with marketing, Web and Product teams to move key business metrics through clear, impactful visuals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of brand design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality design across mediums.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to present work and rationale to stakeholders.
• High level of craft across typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail and ability to make pieces feel intentional and refined.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of how design impacts business and brand perception.
• Proficient in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Elevate brand presence across social, campaigns, out-of-home, growth experiments, and branded content.
• Refine and maintain the visual identity system for consistency across channels.
• Design assets for campaigns, launches, social, web, presentations, and email.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create storytelling-driven visuals that communicate complex ideas.
