Job summary

Brex is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join the Design team, a cross-disciplinary group of creatives across product, brand, content, and marketing. The goal is to build a category-defining brand and move key business metrics with world-class creative.

You will contribute to direction and execute a variety of creative projects across marketing collateral, digital experiences, out-of-home, communications, environmental, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of brand design experience in agencies or in-house teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality design across mediums.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work to stakeholders.
• High level of craft across typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail; able to refine work to be intentional and refined.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of design impact on business and brand perception.

Responsibilities

• Elevate brand presence across social, campaigns, out-of-home, and branded content.
• Support and refine the company’s visual identity system for consistency.
• Design assets for campaigns, launches, social, web, presentations, and email.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create storytelling visuals.
• Work with copywriters and vendors to deliver best-in-class creative work.
• Push creative boundaries while aligning with business goals.
• Show work, gain decisions, and translate ideas into business impact.
