Invited is seeking a Designer to join our Communications & Design team in our San Diego office. The role requires a highly organized, proactive designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates well with senior leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio in print and digital design, and expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills. The position emphasizes executive presentations, environmental graphics, and high-visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional design experience in B2B.
• Strong portfolio with design, presentation, and information graphics work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). After Effects and Premiere a plus.
• Professional-level skills in PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent typography, layout, and information design.
• Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and collaborating cross-function.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and elevate brand standards across print and digital materials.
• Create marketing and communications assets including presentations, brochures, emails, and templates.
• Translate complex information into clear visual storytelling and data visuals.
• Develop materials supporting tenant experience initiatives (graphics, wayfinding, signage).
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for diverse audiences.
• Support photo and video shoots for brand assets.
• Coordinate presence at events and conferences.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery with clear communication.
• Collaborate with external vendors for production.
• Develop tools and workflows to improve efficiency and brand consistency.
• Maintain brand asset library and ensure accessibility.
