Symbiotic Services is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support the development and production of brand communications across print and digital channels in High Point, NC. The role emphasizes high-volume production while maintaining brand integrity and visual quality.

You will translate creative direction into accurate deliverables, design marketing collateral, signage, events materials, digital ads, and email assets.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional graphic design experience in print and digital contexts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, layout, typography, brand systems, and production execution.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of Figma and light UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of print production, preflight, bleeds, color management, and vendor specs.
• Familiarity with digital requirements for web, display ads, social, and email.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and production-ready solutions across print and digital channels from initial layout to final delivery.
• Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, product sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, and sales tools.
• Design point-of-sale materials and signage for retail and trade environments.
• Develop event design systems and signage for trade shows, product launches, and customer-facing events.
• Produce digital advertising assets (web banners, display ads, social creative) and adapt assets for multiple formats.
• Provide light UX/UI support including landing-page layouts, wireframes, icons, and responsive graphics.
• Support email marketing with graphic modules and template-based designs.
• Design polished presentations and reports with clear visual hierarchy.
• Retouch and prepare product and lifestyle photography; build production files with correct bleeds and color profiles.
• Coordinate priorities and approvals with stakeholders; collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and external partners.
