Job summary

SNC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead its design team, overseeing the creation of graphics, layouts, and visual content for marketing, presentations, and product documentation. You will define project goals with senior management and ensure brand guidelines are met across media in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of graphic design experience, strong Adobe CC skills, and a portfolio reflecting high-level design work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field; in absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Extensive experience with graphics design application programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level design projects and innovation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and production of cutting-edge graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing, sales, and operational materials.
• Develop and drive visual content strategies for high-stakes presentations, proposals, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Review and critique design work to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead and manage a team of designers, providing mentorship and professional development.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Integrate the latest design trends and technologies into visual content.
• Represent the design team in strategic meetings and presentations.
