ACHC in the Raleigh-Durham area seeks a Senior Manager, Graphic Design to lead the Visual Communications team, shaping the brand across print, digital, environmental, and multimedia assets. You will drive strategy, operations, and execution to deliver high‑quality creative work that supports corporate goals.

This role blends strategic vision with operational discipline, directing resources, workflows, and partnerships to ensure timely, on-brand deliverables that elevate ACHC’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field; preferred.
• 10+ years in graphic design, creative services, or visual communications.
• 3+ years leading creative professionals, managing design teams, or supervising operations.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic visual concepts that support business and marketing objectives.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise brand standards.
• Experience managing creative workflows using Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Strong project management, organizational, and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Design team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Provides creative direction for all marketing and corporate materials across print, digital, environmental, and multimedia.
• Develops and enforces ACHC visual brand standards across communications.
• Serves as the SME for visual design, branding, and creative execution.
• Provides hands-on direction for high-profile initiatives and mentors talent.
• Oversees intake, prioritization, and production workflow via Monday.com.
