Job summary

DigiKey Electronics in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Senior Designer to shape our brand across all touchpoints. You will lead the creation of compelling designs that resonate with our audience and strengthen our marketing and branding efforts.

Your work will span conceptual thinking, strategic problem solving, digital design for web and email, and development of cohesive design systems. You will collaborate with Marketing, Email, and Web teams and mentor junior designers to keep our visuals fresh

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of design experience, in-house or agency.
Leadership and collaboration across teams.
Ability to translate feedback into effective design solutions.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.

Responsibilities

Lead development of creative concepts and campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Email, and Web teams to create cohesive experiences.
Create digital designs for web and email that drive engagement and conversions.
Oversee design systems and maintain brand guidelines.
Mentor junior designers and stay updated on industry trends.
