Job summary

MTS Systems in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking a Brand & Digital Designer to shape the look and feel of the MTS brand across marketing channels. The role combines brand stewardship with hands-on design, from print materials to a new WordPress site.

You will collaborate with marketing leaders and agencies to translate strategy into visual assets, create templates, and ensure accessibility and consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic or brand design experience, including print and digital.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand-level thinking, template systems, and web or landing page design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with Figma or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and comfort with responsive layouts, image optimization, and accessibility.
• Experience creating templates others can use, including PowerPoint.
• Strong typography, layout, and color skills, with the ability to give and receive creative feedback.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the brand lead to translate brand strategy and messaging into visual direction and concepts.
• Act as the creative steward of brand standards, applying them consistently and updating as the brand evolves.
• Review team creative to maintain on-brand quality and escalate questions when needed.
• Design print and digital collateral including brochures, datasheets, one-pagers, ads, and sales materials.
• Create tradeshow and event graphics such as booth and signage files.
• Produce production-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors to maintain color and quality.
• Build and maintain branded templates for presentations, sales collateral, social, and email.
• Develop campaign graphics, product materials, and presentation visuals for marketing leaders.
