Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional design experience in branding and visual design.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor designers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showing brand systems, editorial design, and digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and execution of visual designs across digital, print, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand systems ensuring consistency across channels.
• Create assets for marketing campaigns, proposals, reports, websites, and social channels.
• Drive brand identity evolution with typography, color systems, and design standards.
• Guide creative direction and mentor junior designers to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and leadership to translate strategy into visuals.
• Present design rationale and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity.
