Job summary

Irwin Seating is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals across campaigns, product launches, events, and customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to balance brand consistency with market needs, delivering cohesive creative across B2B, B2C, and EVOLVE initiatives.

The role covers brand design, web & digital design, and environmental materials, requiring leadership in multiple projects while maintaining high creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across brand, digital, print, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing for web, email, social, digital ads, print, and presentations.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Experience with motion graphics or AI-enabled tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Translate strategies and messaging into cohesive visual creative across channels.
• Lead projects from concept through production while ensuring brand consistency.
• Create digital assets for website, emails, social, and paid media.
• Maintain and evolve Irwin’s brand identity across materials and experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative with strategy.
