ClickUp is hiring a senior Lead Brand Designer to own and evolve our brand design system. You will build scalable assets and templates, ensuring on-brand outputs produced by AI tools meet high-quality standards.

You will lead design initiatives across landing pages, campaigns, and product marketing assets, functioning as the sole designer on a team with AI tooling as multiplier. Remote role, US-based, with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of brand/visual design experience, with leadership of a design system.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color, motion, and systems thinking.
• Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Claude Design, Figma AI) in workflow.
• Light familiarity with GitHub.
• Experience building design systems at scale to enable AI-generated outputs.

Responsabilités

• Own, maintain, and evolve ClickUp's brand design system (tokens, components, patterns, guidelines).
• Serve as quality gatekeeper: review AI-produced brand assets and external outputs.
• Create and maintain design system docs, templates, libraries, and automation-friendly asset packages.
• Design and ship high-volume web assets (landing pages, campaign pages, feature announcements).
• Audit and rebuild the brand design system foundations with proper documentation and structure.
