Cresta is seeking a Graphic Brand Designer to elevate the brand across web, ads, events, and collateral. You will implement and evolve design standards, work with a small team, and craft compelling visual stories.

The role reports to the Creative Director and focuses on building scalable design systems for marketing impact. You will contribute to the brand’s market leadership in AI and customer experience, requiring strong production skills, a portfolio of SaaS design work, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of marketing design experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present work and rationale.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and refine marketing materials for web, ads, events, presentations, and collateral.
• Implement and manage design standards across materials and outsourced work.
• Help build new design standards to elevate Cresta above competitors.
• Contribute ideas and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
• Stay organized and communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
• Trial new tools and services to improve quality and efficiency.
• Team player; support colleagues and learn from results.
