Job summary

0x is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate visual identity across two brands, 0x and Matcha. You’ll split time between 0x and Matcha work, focusing on sales enablement, web design, and social graphics. The role requires hands-on design, high craft, and collaboration with marketing to scale our brands.

You’ll partner with marketing and sales, create reusable templates, and stay current on crypto design trends. A hybrid setup with overlap to US Pacific hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including crypto/DeFi or emerging tech preferred.
• Portfolio showing brand work across web, social, and sales materials.
• Proven ability to extend and evolve visual identity beyond a single project.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Expert-level Figma with reusable templates and components.
• Fluent with AI design tools to speed quality.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
• Excellent communication; able to defend design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.
• Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits.
• Design web pages, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.
• Design social graphics for both 0x and Matcha.
• Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets.
• Build brand and marketing templates and components for non-designers across campaigns, social, and sales materials.
• Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.
