Job summary

0x is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to elevate the visual identity of both 0x and Matcha across every touchpoint. You will primarily focus on 0x with some work on Matcha, shaping how the brands look and feel at every customer interaction.

This senior, hands-on role requires crafting high-quality visuals while supporting a fast-moving marketing and sales function. Expect overlap with US Pacific hours and collaboration with a veteran crypto team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including crypto/DeFi or emerging tech.
• A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
• A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including reusable templates/components.
• Fluency with AI design tools to raise speed/quality.
• Experience partnering with marketing and sales to translate goals into design.
• Excellent communication, with ability to defend design decisions.
• Bias for action and ability to adapt as priorities shift.
• Alignment with Do the right thing, consistently ship, long-term impact values.
• Willingness to attend annual in-person team offsites.

Responsibilities

• Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.
• Design and maintain library of sales enablement assets: decks, one-pagers, case studies, templates.
• Design web pages: landing/product/comparison pages.
• Create social graphics for 0x and Matcha.
• Design for campaigns and major industry moments from concept to final assets.
• Build brand/templates that non-designers can use across campaigns.
