Job summary

0x is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead strategy across 0x APIs and Matcha, reporting to the founder and CEO. You will own branding, positioning and growth initiatives for both APIs and the consumer aggregator, building a high-impact team in a crypto-focused company.

You’ll align with US time zones, partner with Sales, measure ROI, and drive cross-functional campaigns using data from Dune and internal analytics. Strong crypto background required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience setting company-wide marketing strategy across multiple products.
• Experience marketing technical B2B products such as APIs or core infra.
• Deep crypto roots including time at a crypto company; CT awareness.
• A track record of building repeatable marketing programs that drive growth.
• Experience leading senior marketers as a coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy across 0x APIs and Matcha, setting clear priorities and long-term plans.
• Evolve positioning and narratives for 0x APIs and Matcha across ICPs and audiences.
• Guide brand evolution with a distinctive, consistent presence across channels.
• Build and scale programs that drive growth for each product and audience.
• Partner with Sales to generate API demand and align marketing with revenue goals.
• Lead the marketing team, set priorities, coach staff, and manage cross-team requests.
• Produce work yourself, from positioning to campaigns and content.
• Own marketing performance and budget, tracking ROI and impact on revenue.
• Stay data-driven using Dune/DefiLlama to inform decisions.
