Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Senior Designer/Brand for a health and wellness client in Nashville. You will shape brand identity, own complex campaigns, and partner with a Creative Director and external agency to scale a brand system across ecommerce, social, packaging, and events.

The role ships a senior, individual-contributor profile with ownership of hero brand work and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house brand team, or consumer-focused org.
• Strong portfolio showing craft, typography, composition, and cohesive visual systems.
• Experience leading design projects from concept through final execution.
• Proficiency translating strategy and messaging into compelling creative.
• Experience with packaging, motion design, or related brand workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day creative for an assigned hero brand, understanding consumers and brand priorities.
• Manage complex design projects from brief to production and launch.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems across channels.
• Expand concepts across ecommerce, digital, social, retail, packaging, events.
• Support brand overhaul work with internal teams and external agencies.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers when appropriate.
